**International Customer Service Representative**
**Location**: Mumbai
**Shift**: US Shift
**Week Off**: 2 Rotational Week Off
**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
**Experience**: 6 months to 1 year in International BPO (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply)
**Qualification**: HSC/Graduation (SSC with 1 year of International BPO experience can also apply)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**:
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed product information and assist with troubleshooting when needed.
- **Communication**:
- Effectively communicate with international clients (primarily from the US) in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Adapt communication style to meet the needs of customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing prompt solutions, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Gather feedback and report recurring issues to improve services.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:
- Minimum of HSC/Graduation.
- **Experience**:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International BPO environment, ideally in customer service or technical support.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to clearly explain information and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide practical solutions.
- **Adaptability**:
- Comfortable working in US shifts and adapting to varying schedules.
- Ability to handle different customer behaviors and resolve conflicts professionally.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**:
- Focused on providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient when dealing with customer challenges.
- **Time Management**:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
**Working Conditions**:
- **Shift Timing**: US Shift (Flexible hours, primarily during US business hours, which may include night shifts).
