Why we are looking for a Product Evangelist:
As a Product Evangelist, you will be part of Uniqode’s product team and play a key role in demonstrating the product’s value to internal (other functions) and external stakeholders (customers). You will create Help articles, FAQs, video demos, product release notes, in-app (dashboard) nudges, and product tours.

You will also create and revise technical documents such as manuals, reports, brochures, and blog content, as and when required by cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with different departments to thoroughly understand our products. You will report to the Head of Product..
- Think like a user and create intuitive and succinct documentation on Intercom and other documentation hubs.
- Understand products thoroughly and interact with product management, marketing, and support functions.
- Interact with different business groups and scope documentation assignments.

What we expect from you:

- 4 years of experience in product content writing/product marketing.
- Experience in content creation, review, demonstration, and contextualisation.
- Demonstrated success in a data-oriented approach to building, tweaking, and executing product content.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with a strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience with content management systems and tools like WordPress, Intercom, and Google Console and marketing tools like Hubspot. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge about analytics tools like Amplitude and Metabase will be an added advantage.
- Experience in API documentation is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills with experience in roles requiring cross-functional stakeholder management.
