We have quickly grown to service 150+ clients and build a team of 60+ rockstars. Our clientele includes top D2C brands of India such as Wow Skin Science, Mosaic Wellness, Mamaearth, Neeman’s, etc.
- Responsibilities:_

**1. Financial Operations Management**:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and transactions.
- Oversee expense management, reporting, and reimbursement processes.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for daily operations.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.

**2. Reporting / MIS / Compliance**:

- Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation for financial audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and records are in order.
- Ensure compliance with India-specific taxation requirements, including GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).
- Prepare and file GST returns and TDS statements accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Adhere to and enforce financial policies and procedures within the organization.

**3. Vendor and Supplier Relations**:

- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payments.
- Evaluate vendor performance and seek opportunities for cost optimization.

**4. Process Improvement and Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance department.
- Implement efficient financial processes and controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial operations with company goals.
- Communicate financial information and provide guidance as needed.
- Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks that may impact the organization's financial stability.

**5**. **Invoicing and Collections Management**:

- Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Implement efficient invoicing processes to track payments and outstanding balances.
- Manage collections, including reaching out to customers who haven't paid in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.

**Audit Assistance**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of financial audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and documentation for external auditors.
- Address auditor inquiries and facilitate the audit process.
- Ensure compliance with audit recommendations and implement necessary changes.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Financial Operations with experience in managing MIS/Reporting for an entire area/organisation
- Excellent communication skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance is required
