**Financial Management**
The Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial activities, such as:
- Processing invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
- Ensuring timely vendor payments and maintaining financial records.
- Monitoring expenses and managing budgets.
**2. Reporting and Documentation**
This includes preparing accurate financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial health, such as:
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Revenue and expenditure reports for management.
- Maintaining proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.
**3. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements**
The Finance Executive ensures adherence to all statutory and regulatory standards, including:
- Filing GST, TDS, and other taxes on time.
- Ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, and other labor laws if applicable.
- Liaising with auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies as needed.
**4. Budgeting and Forecasting**
Assisting in creating and managing budgets by:
- Analyzing historical financial data.
- Preparing projections for revenue and expenses.
- Identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency.
**5. Supporting Trading Operations**
Given that ATS operates in the trading sector, the Finance Executive may also:
- Coordinate with the trading and accounts team for fund transfers and settlements.
- Monitor trading margins and manage fund allocation.
**6. Stakeholder Coordination**
The role requires effective communication with:
- Internal teams (Sales, Accounts, HR) for financial approvals.
- External vendors, banks, and financial institutions for transactions and reconciliations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
