Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, aiding customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities with an emphasis on prioritization.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Must be fluent in English**:
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficient with **Microsoft Office**
**Preferred Skills**:
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, strong decision-making skills, and high attention to detail.
