Admin Dispatch Executive

**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors in a professional manner.
**Dispatch Operations**:
- Coordinate and oversee dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Schedule and track shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient routing.
- Communicate with drivers and delivery personnel to provide necessary instructions and updates.
- Monitor delivery schedules and address any delays or issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery logs, route plans, and driver performance.
- Liaise with customers to provide delivery status updates and handle any complaints or concerns.
**Qualifications:Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or dispatch role.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with dispatch software and logistics management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
