**Job Title: Tele Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from targeted databases or marketing campaigns to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
- **Product/Service Presentation**: Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
- **Sales Pitch**: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to convince customers to purchase our offerings.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- **Sales Closing**: Close sales deals and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle objections effectively.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Positive Attitude**: A positive and resilient attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
