**Job Summary**: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring that sales processes run smoothly. This role involves managing sales data, preparing reports, and assisting with customer inquiries to enhance the overall efficiency of the sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing sales materials.

**Data Management**: Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accurate and timely entry of sales data and customer information.

**Reporting**:Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting sales performance, trends, and forecasts.

**Customer Interaction**: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information.

**Sales Coordination**: Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and customer outreach.

**Order Processing**: Assist in the proceessin of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services.

**Communication**: Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service.

**Market Research**: Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.

**Event Coordination**:Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

**Experience**: Previous experience in sales support, administration, or a related role is advantageous.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints
- Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
- Having the capability to receive critics without internalizing them

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
