Position: Tele Sales Representative

Job Summary: As a Tele Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and promoting our [products/services] to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects over the phone, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities for closing sales. This role offers the chance to be a key player in our company's success and offers great potential for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospects from provided leads and databases, introducing them to our products/services and promoting their benefits.

Qualify Leads: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, evaluate their interest level, and determine if they are qualified for our offerings.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, their features, and how they cater to customers' needs. Be able to communicate this information effectively to potential customers.

Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive and compelling sales pitches that address customer pain points and position our products/services as the ideal solution.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and nurturing leads to conversion.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager. Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain consistent sales performance.

Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls made, leads qualified, and deals closed, using our CRM system.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to share insights, gather information, and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to improve sales strategies and performance continually.

Ethical Standards: Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven track record in telesales or outbound call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
