**Role: Telesales Representative**

The Tele Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services and generate sales leads.
- Identify customer needs and provide information about Alibaba’s subscription to address inquiries and concerns.
- Present persuasive sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Utilize sales techniques to close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and service improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Proven track record of success in tele sales, with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce company.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mind-set with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practices is a plus.
- Go getter attitude along with a multi-tasking approach is a must have.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to find practical solutions to challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
