**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize real estate industry knowledge and experience to generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Make outbound calls and schedule meetings with prospective buyers and sellers.
- Conduct property viewings and tours with clients, providing detailed information about the properties and addressing any inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Real Estate field.
- Valid scooter license and ownership of a scooter for transportation to client meetings and property visits.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (required)
