**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue by reaching out to potential clients in the architecture, construction, and interior design industry. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals through effective communication and a deep understanding of our software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Research and identify potential clients within the target industries.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of leads through various sources.

**2. Outbound Calling**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our SaaS products and solutions.

**3. Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our software offerings and their benefits to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide information on product features and advantages.

**4. Sales Presentations**:

- Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations over the phone.
- Tailor presentations to the specific needs and pain points of each client.

**5. Closing Deals**:

- Use consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

**6. Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress and forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, particularly in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and effectively communicate complex software solutions.
- Familiarity with the architecture, construction, and interior design industry is a plus.
