**Job Title**: Telesales Representative

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in telesales or related field
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers to make purchases or set up appointments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and address objections.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Good verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a drive to succeed.
