**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all the admin work of a leasing brokerage platform.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, such as user management, property listings, lease agreements, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
- Creating and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary.
- Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheet.
- Preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes and packages.
- Operating office equipment such as photocopier and printers.
- Bookkeeping and issuing invoices.
- Performing an inventory of office supplies and order of need.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- University/college degree is an asset
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as an Admin Executive in real estate.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
