Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive - GNSS Survey Field

Location: Noida

Areas of Sales : Delhi NCR Region, Maharashtra and Rajasthan

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:
Evaluate customer requirements, analyze current market trends, and assess competitors.

Design new sales processes strategies, evaluate them to identify how effective they are and forecast sales.

Ready to work on B2B marketplaces such as Indiamart, and operate CRM systems.

Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to maximize sales.

Work Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets, prepare weekly/monthly field marketing sales reports comparing targets set against targets achieved and submit to the respective managers.

**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

**Product Knowledge and Training**:
Stay updated on the latest GNSS survey technologies, products, and industry trends.

Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Geospatial Sciences, or a related field.

Proven experience in field sales and a variety of sales techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving skills, time management, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and B2B marketplaces such as Indiamart, Tradeindia.

Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, and industry events.
