**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences on our platform. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, providing assistance, resolving issues, and offering guidance to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Good To Grab.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist users in navigating the Good To Grab app, including troubleshooting technical issues, explaining features, and guiding them through the ordering process.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, striving to achieve first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues that require additional support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of our customer care strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Passion for sustainability and social impact initiatives is a plus.
