We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Relationship Manager to join our esteemed wealth management firm. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, as well as generating new business opportunities. As a Sales and Relationship Manager, you will be crucial in driving growth, providing personalized financial solutions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Your passion for sales, finance, and client-centricity will be key in contributing to the success of our firm.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Client Acquisition: Responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding the firm's client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients is a primaryresponsibility of a relationship manager
- Financial Advisory: They assess clients' current financial situations, identify investment objectives, and create customized wealth management strategies.
- Client Education: Relationship managers educate clients about investment strategies, financial products, and market trends.
- Cross-Selling and Relationship Expansion: Relationship managers identify opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products and services offered by the company
- Compliance and Regulations: Relationship managers ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Client Retention and Satisfaction: Retaining existing clients is crucial for the success

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
