We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their objectives and execute campaigns across various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to achieve client objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.

2. Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

3. Manage social media accounts for clients, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

4. Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to clients' industries, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.

5. Conduct social media audits and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns across all marketing channels.

7. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, sharing knowledge internally and with clients as appropriate.

8. Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns, including ad copy creation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.

9. Provide regular reports and updates to clients on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and achievements.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (1 year) in social media management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing accounts across multiple channels.

4. Strong creative writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for various audiences.

5. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

8. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9. Passion for social media and digital marketing, with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
