We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our team at Inkspire Media. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and create tailored social media campaigns that align with their goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve clients' objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
- Manage and maintain clients' social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with the target audience and align with clients' brand identity.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, content writers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
