Commercial Executive

Siddhartha Engineering Limited is an EPC Construction company executing high value turnkey electrical projects EHV substation & transmission line Projects since 1972 all across India as well as in Bhutan.

Job Role will be-:

- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and receipts accurately and promptly for services rendered or products delivered.
- Submission of invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all procurement and commercial transactions..
- Ensure all documentation complies with project and regulatory requirements.
- Timely prepare site fund requisitions based on project requirements.
- Submit fund requisitions to the Head Office for approval.
- Maintain a detailed site fund register, tracking all fund disbursements.
- Submit the site fund register details to the Head Office in a timely manner
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel/ MS Word
- Commercial Documentation working experience among 5 Years
- L/C Documentation
- Accounts Receivables
- Preparation of Letter of credit documents for Bank Submission
- Maintaining billing & collection data
- Understanding of BOQ
- Understanding all commercial activities of site like
- Maintaining of site accounts, Contractor billing certification

**Qualification

**Skills
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point**

**Language must know
- **Hindi, English & Kannada

**Experience**-At least **3 years** of experience in substation & Transmission Line(EHV)Projects, Building construction Projects, etc.

Preferably worked in **Power grid Corporation of India Limited** (**PGCIL**) & **Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) Projects**

**Age Limit-: Must be between 25-30 Years**
