**Responsibilities**

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based clients and perform data entry on the given software.

2. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

3. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

**Requirements**:
1. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

3. Should be comfortable while talking to US clients.

5. Experience with MS Office tools, google sheets etc.

6. Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

7. Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively.

8. Should be able to make and answer at least 15 - 20 calls in a day.

**Qualification Required**: Any graduate with good communication skills and relevant experience
(Freshers are also welcomed.)

**Working Days**: 5 days in a week (Mon to Fri), Sat and Sun fixed off

**Job Location**: Permanent Remote (Work from home only)

**Compensation**: 20K monthly in hand

**Designation**: Customer Service and Billing Executive

**Note**:
1. You will work at night, in US shifts (EST) i.e. between 5.30 PM /6.30 PM IST to 3 AM / 4 AM IST. Although if required the company reserves the right to change the shift timings.

2. The shift will be of 9 hours and 1 hour of break will be allowed.

3. You will be taking calls on your PC / laptop via RingCentral/ VOIP based software.

4. You should have a very stable and high speed broadband connection and the company is not liable to pay for the broadband cost.

5. You must have your own laptop which should be fast enough to run the required software.

6. This is a permanent job opening. It is neither contractual nor part time.
