**About the Role**:We are looking for **Customer Success Interns** with an interest in the insurance industry. In this role, you'll assist in building strong, lasting relationships with clients by supporting end-to-end monthly endorsements, helping with business reviews, and proactively preventing any escalations.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- As an intern, you will contribute to and build a combination of the following projects/responsibilities:
- Support client operations in co-ordination with all relevant stakeholders such as client POCs and insurers
- Enable client relationships through efficient business touchpoints and reviews
- Act as a reliable point of contact to address client escalations
**Requirements**:
- We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong interest in learning about the insurance industry
- Possesses excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Is familiar with MS Excel and enjoys working with data. Comfortable using tools like CRM, G-Suite, Slack, etc.
- Is detail-oriented and eager to build meaningful relationships with clients
- Is excited about solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
