**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Key Performance Indicator of Sales staff and set up system to measure and evaluation of Sales Team Performance and figure out where the issues lies.
- Competent to Generate different Sales Reports and Sales Team Analysis Reports with co-ordination and advise with Sales Head.
- Establish Clear Goals and Expectations from the Sales Team by providing training and track leading indicators for profitable outcomes.
- Ready to work in Team with effective communication and keen to take challenges/threats to improve productivity.
- Set up systems to measure and evaluate sales team’s performance throughout the sales cycle, and intervene when necessary with feedback and providing Training.
- Judge the calling time of Sales Team e.g. how many appointments set, number of demos given and number of leads converted to opportunities.
- Optimize Evaluation and Feedback Process of Sales Team by Assessment Tool**.**:

- Assess Sales people to Determine Strength and Gap Areas.
- Brain Storming of Sales Staff and competent to evaluate Sales Representative individually where team stacks up against established performer profile as job benchmarking.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
