Work from Office with **Field work related to Bank/Accounts/Sign on important documents of CEO for approval etc.**

**Working Days**: Monday to Friday

**Shift time **:10am to 7pm

Doing business for the last 10 years and leading the industry all over the world. We are looking for an Accounting Executive to supervise the company's financial procedures.

**Role Purpose**:
The role is responsible to supervise the company's financial habits and spending procedures.

**Role Requirements**:

-        Bachelors/Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or Finance
-        3 to 6 years of experience
-        Basic Accounts Knowledge
-        Experience in processing payroll will be an added advantage
-        Strong MS Excel Skills
-        Long term prospect
-        Strong **verbal and written English language** skills

**Responsibilities**:

- USA accounting in QuickBooks & categorization and daily entries.
- Bank and credit card reconciliation in QuickBooks.
- Foreign entity accounting and prepared Consolidate balance sheet.
- For any Query call Bank, Client, Insurance, Vendor, or USA employee.
- USA P&l and Balance sheet finalization with CPA.
- IRS Return and form1040 & 1120S Return for S - Corp. Florida LLC.
- USA Subsidiary companies in India both counties accounting.
- Knowledge of subsidiary and parent company accounting and daily transaction.
- Debtors and creditors call on weekly. Daily bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Meeting with CSM and sales team for client issue and cash inflow status.
- Knowledge and working on SAS Matrix and cash flow inflow and outflow as per SAS.
- Working knowledge of CAC, CLV, ARR, MRR, Attrition and churn ratio, and ARPC.
- Cash and accrual basis accounting. SAS P&L & Balance sheet.
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Accounting as per GAAP basis in QuickBooks.
- Experience to make payments via PayPal, Bank of America, van Colombia, or a credit card.
- Communication USA & foreign USD inward & Outward Knowledge.
- Bank of Colombia & Bank of America payment & reconciliation.
- Salary working and process with Employee TDS deduction calculation.
- Director personal return and USA Form 5471.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks balance sheet finalization and all reports download from QB.
- Knowledge W9 form for payment remittance from client or customer& vendor.
- Working Knowledge of Accrual accounting and software subscription revenue reorganization.
- Monthly Profit & loss statement preparation on monthly basis.
- Quarterly projected P&L statement, projected expenses & cash flow management.
- Bank Reconciliation & USA Credit card and debit card reconciliation.
- Prepare W9 FORM & 5471 FORM & work on import & Export payment.
