**Client - A growing study abroad consulting firm helps students pursue their medical education from abroad/ foreign territories.**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Agent to join our sales team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers and drive sales through proactive outbound calling efforts. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching our products or services, and closing sales deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products or services.
- Utilize sales scripts and strategies to engage with prospects, overcome objections, and effectively convey product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide feedback, and contribute to overall sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to effectively close sales deals.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software for maintaining customer records.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection and objections in a professional manner.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
