**Team Management**:

- Supervise and lead the center staff, including security personnel, housekeeping, and other support staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and achievements.

**Facility Management**:

- Inventory Management Including Office Chairs, Systems/Laptops/Mobile phones and others.
- Make the indent & procurement of Pantry & housekeeping material for the coming month.

**Vendor Management**:

- Coordinate with vendors for services such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, and IT.
- Liaison with vendors for new purchase, repair & maintenance of office assets - equipments.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective services.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Handle administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, inventory management, and record-keeping for the staff.
- Maintain Company Database & Report.
- Stationary Management

**Budget Management**:

- Petty cash handling.
- Follow up with accounts team regarding vendor payments.

**Salary**: ₹10,085.74 - ₹30,000.00 per month
