**Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Planning and Scheduling**:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, outlining key milestones, tasks, and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

**2. Client Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and budgetary considerations.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration to achieve project objectives.

**3. Vendor and Supplier Coordination**:

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure materials, furnishings, and services required for each project.
- Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Facilitate communication between vendors and internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the project.

**4. Team Collaboration and Support**:

- Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and design specifications.
- Provide support and assistance to project team members as needed, including coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and facilitating decision-making processes.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork to achieve project success.

**5. Quality Assurance and Risk Management**:

- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to design standards, specifications, and client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including budget overruns, schedule delays, and quality issues, through proactive risk assessment and management strategies.
- Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, project management, or a related field; additional certifications in project management are a plus.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana, and familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically to overcome challenges and obstacles.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
