**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Control**: Oversee and manage the control aspects of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- **Project Sheet Update**: Maintain and regularly update project sheets, ensuring all project data is accurate and current. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- **Client Coordination**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Communicate project status updates, gather requirements, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- **In-House Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Facilitate effective communication between departments and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.
- **Remote Support**: Provide remote support and coordination through WhatsApp and other communication tools, ensuring all project stakeholders are kept informed and engaged.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and project plans.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and client expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Familiarity with remote communication tools such as WhatsApp, Zoom, and Slack.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Salary**: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:
