Mandatory Criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 0-2 yrs (Only Edtech experience required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- To Create & Implement a Business Plan for meeting sales & Revenue
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Achieving the monthly targets in a high-pressure performance driven competitive environment
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate team members.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Interviewing and training new team members, assigning specific tasks to other team members, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
- Motivating the team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition.
- Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner
- Check and build participation interest in various Executive education programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Providing regular performance feedback to the sales team.
- Implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Working days - Monday to Saturday Office Timings - 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
