Job Title: Agricultural Machinery Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs, provide product information, and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Track and analyze sales performance.
- Provide after-sales support to customers.
- Attend industry trade shows and events.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest agricultural machinery technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural machinery sales.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural machinery industry and the needs of farmers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
