My E - Kisan is seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and promoting our products and services.

Qualification -BSC Agriculture

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Identify and generate new leads through various sources such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Regularly update and maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services.

Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to expand your network and promote our brand.

Provide feedback and insights from the field to the marketing and product development teams to improve our offerings and identify new market opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless execution of sales processes.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a field sales or outside sales role.

Belong from Bsc Agriculture

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients.

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales software to manage and track sales activities.

Knowledge of the [relevant industry or market] is a plus.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
