**If you are our **Quality Manage - Process Improvement**in India**, you will have a chance to**:

- Lead and Manager End to End process excellence and Quality control for Remote Services and Shared services function.
- Assist Operations in continual quality improvement projects
- Business Reporting/Insights via Power BI.

**Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with**:
5 - 7 years’ experience in Quality Management for IT Service Management and Delivery Functions.

Exposure and should have Managed ISO 9001/27001 audits.

Well versed with Escalation Management, Gap Assessments, Continual improvement plans and measures.

Prior experience with Retail IT services will be considered as added advantage.

Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
