**Job Title**: Chef de Partie (CDP)
**Location**: Sector 83 Gurgaon
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty section.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to execute and deliver high-quality dishes.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the restaurant’s standards and specifications.
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they maintain kitchen and hygiene standards.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.
- Participate in menu development, providing suggestions and feedback for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Proficiency in Indian, Chinesse and conntinantal.
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary certification or relevant qualification preferred.
