**Job Description - Executive - Inbound Calling**

**Location - J P Nagar - Banglore**

**Working Days: Monday to Friday**

**Working Hours
- 9.30am - 6.30pm**

**Language - Hindi and Punjabi (mandatory)**

**Key Results**:

- Establishing the trust and relationship with our users
- Taking ownership of the problem and resolving them in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Humble and empathetic towards low-income smartphone users to try understand and solve their issues using our product

**Key Activities**:

- Handle a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Keeping a record of all of the interactions and details of the action taken
- Interact with internal team members to discuss and escalate specific customer queries
- Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller’s request, including follow-ups with escalation team until issue is resolved
- Proactive approach towards support

**Areas of responsibility**:

- Daily tracker update on calls and messages from different channels
- Average Resolution Time (ART) to be maintained
- Resolve issue as per the Customer Service Agreement and escalate in proper way according to escalation matrix

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
