**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and positive experience.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

**Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights, providing valuable input to improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Customer Education**: Provide information and guidance to customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and additional services.

**Escalation Handling**: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating complex cases to higher management when necessary.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th Passout or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
