**Overall Purpose**:
As a **Sourcing Coordinator**, you will be responsible for developing and implementing agent-hiring sourcing strategies for FPS in order to increase our hiring productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Checking and understanding assigned open roles’ requirements to acquire more qualified applicants.
- Deliberate sourcing through job portals, and job postings Review and evaluate applicant qualifications according to established Job requirements.
- Conducts initial assessment on open roles’ qualification by phone screening.
- Assist in maintaining applicant tracker and database.
- Assisting recruitment to fill-in roles within the TAT.
- Work with Sourcing Team in doing market research on salary benchmark in the market and availability of profiles in the market.
- Assist in career fair initiatives by organizing event, logistics, communication, tap prospects, etc.
- Collaborate ideas in implementing other sourcing initiatives as needed.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be willing to work morning to mid-shift
- Amenable to work in Pune

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
