**Admin & Purchase Executive**

We are looking for an admin & Purchase Executive for our office.

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking, and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies, etc.

Ø Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation.

Ø Helping the department heads as and when required.

Ø Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities

Ø Logistics & arrangement of meetings for visitor

Ø Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).

Ø Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.

Ø Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers.

Ø Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.

**Requirements and skills**:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in commerce/Arts or its equivalent.

Ø Proficiency in MS Office is a must.

Ø Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Ø Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills.

Ø Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.

Ø Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations when required.

Ø Experience required 6month to 2years.

**Location: South Delhi**

**Salary : 15K to 20K.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
