**Job Title: Sales Executive - High-End Jewelry Shop**

The Sales Executive for our high-end jewelry shop is a pivotal role responsible for facilitating sales transactions and providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking luxury jewelry pieces. This position requires a passion for jewelry, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Engagement and Relationship Building**:

- Greet clients warmly as they enter the jewelry shop, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation to understand their needs, preferences, and occasions for purchasing jewelry.
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized attention, expert advice, and attentive follow-up before, during, and after the sales process.

**2. Product Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the jewelry shop's product offerings, including the materials, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics of each piece.
- Stay updated on current trends in luxury jewelry, emerging designers, and industry news to provide informed recommendations and guidance to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, quality, and value of specific jewelry pieces, highlighting their unique attributes and appeal.

**3. Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals established by management through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling complementary jewelry pieces or accessories to enhance the client's shopping experience and maximize sales revenue.
- Close sales transactions efficiently and accurately, processing payments, preparing sales receipts, and coordinating jewelry packaging and delivery as needed.

**4. Client Service and After-Sales Support**:

- Provide attentive and personalized service to clients throughout the entire sales process, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with professionalism and courtesy.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues and exceeding client satisfaction.
- Offer after-sales support, including jewelry cleaning, maintenance advice, and assistance with repairs or alterations, to enhance the client's ownership experience and foster long-term loyalty.

**5. Store Operations and Administration**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment, ensuring that jewelry displays are attractively presented and merchandise is neatly arranged.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and reporting any discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Adhere to store policies and procedures regarding security, safety, and confidentiality, following best practices to protect the shop's assets and uphold its reputation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust and credibility.
- Passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design, with a desire to learn and stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the industry.
- Sales-driven mindset and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive revenue and enhance the client experience.
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance, with the ability to represent the jewelry shop with poise and confidence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the needs of clients and the demands of the retail business.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
