Profile Introduction

The Showroom Sales Executive plays a crucial role in promoting and selling products within a showroom setting. This position requires a combination of excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.

Profile Responsibilities:
**Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
- Assess customer needs and provide information about products and services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.

**Sales Process**:

- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from product selection to payment.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about pricing, promotions, and warranties.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of the products on display.
- Continuously update knowledge regarding new arrivals and product updates.
- Be able to address customer inquiries and concerns regarding product details.

**Maintain Showroom Appearance**:

- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Arrange product displays attractively to enhance the visual appeal.
- Monitor and restock inventory as needed.

**Customer Satisfaction**:

- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Obtain customer feedback to improve the overall shopping experience.

**Sales Targets**:

- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
- Track and report sales metrics regularly.

**Documentation**:

- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales, invoices, and customer information.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Share insights and feedback to enhance the overall performance of the showroom.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
