**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Performance Marketing Initiatives: Spearhead a variety of performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Strategic Campaign Development: Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to each brand’s specific goals, target audience, and market conditions.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences and enhance engagement.
- Business Development Support: Partner with the business development team to create marketing strategies and ideas that enhance sales pitches and drive new business opportunities.
- Real-Time Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify emerging trends, and adjust strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, clearly demonstrating the impact of performance marketing efforts on business objectives.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge and foster innovation.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within an advertising agency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
