Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Strategist at BrandPackt, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our clients' brands. You'll play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to position our clients optimally in their respective industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content creators, graphic designers, web developers) to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence to improve social media engagement and increase overall digital presence.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive specific target groups into the sales funnel.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools by attending workshops, setting up collaborations, and researching industry insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, ideally 3-5 years, with demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and broad website concepts.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
