**Job Overview**: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products/services to potential customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Age between 18 to 30 years.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products/services.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and close sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
- Achieve sales targets and goals as set by the company.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- Shift timings: Day Shift.
- Work location: On site.
- Full-time position.

**Selection Process**:
