### **Job Title**: Sales Executive (Franchise) - CRM Solution
- **Job Summary**: The Sales Executive (Franchise) will be responsible for expanding the company's customer base by identifying and acquiring new franchise partners for CRM solutions. This role focuses on franchise sales, relationship management, and ensuring partners' success in selling CRM services to end customers.
- **Key Responsibilities**: 1. **Franchise Acquisition**: - Identify and target potential franchise partners. - Present and explain the CRM franchise model to prospective partners. - Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements. 2. **Sales and Revenue Generation**: - Achieve sales targets by onboarding new franchisees. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of franchise leads. - Assist franchisees in driving CRM solution sales to end customers. 3. **Franchise Support and Relationship Management**: - Provide training and ongoing support to franchisees on CRM products. - Ensure franchisees understand and follow sales processes. - Regularly communicate with franchisees to address their needs and concerns. 4. **Market Analysis and Expansion**: - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion. - Monitor competitors and industry trends. - Provide feedback to the company to improve CRM products and services. 5. **Reporting and Analytics**: - Track and report on franchise sales performance. - Provide insights on sales strategies to improve franchise success. - Maintain records of all franchise partner interactions and activities in the CRM system. ### **Required Skills**: - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to build relationships and manage partnerships. - Knowledge of CRM solutions and the SaaS industry. - Market research and analytical skills. - Familiarity with franchise business models is a plus. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or CRM solutions. - Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
