**Key Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their requirements, addressing concerns, and providing relevant information.

**Product Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of the company's real estate projects, including property types, features, amenities, and pricing.
Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.

**Property Presentations**:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique selling points of our properties.

**Site Visits**:Organize and conduct property site visits for clients, offering detailed explanations of the property layout, features, and benefits.
Address any queries or concerns during site visits, enhancing the client's confidence in their decision-making process.

**Customized Solutions**:Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create customized property solutions that match clients' requirements.
Provide guidance on floor plans, configurations, and available options to meet individual needs.

**Documentation and Follow-Up**:Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and paperwork required for the pre-sales process.
Follow up with clients to ensure smooth progression of their inquiries and address any additional questions.

**Market Intelligence**:Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Use market insights to enhance the presales strategy and offerings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
