Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and target markets for our range of natural stone products (Sandstone, Limestone, Marble, Quartzite).
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, quality assurance, and timely shipment to international clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and distributors while actively seeking out new business prospects.
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase Stonebax products and establish connections within the industry.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our natural stone offerings.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate and finalize terms of contracts, agreements, and pricing with international clients.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions, contracts, and communications.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
- Provide timely updates and reports to senior management on export sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, International Relations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience 2 Years in export marketing, preferably within the natural stone industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, documentation, and export processes.
- Strong understanding of market research and strategic marketing principles.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite and marketing software/tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
