Role Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication, responsiveness, and personalised attention.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Lead generation should be there for customer acquisition through google,justdial,indiamart and referrals.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients, maximising revenue potential and enhancing client value.
- Feedback Collection: Proactively gather feedback from clients to understand their needs, preferences, and areas for improvement, and relay this information to the relevant departments for action.
- Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention rates, including loyalty programs, special offers, and proactive outreach initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client needs with company offerings and contribute to the development of targeted marketing campaigns and product enhancements.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on client satisfaction, account activity, and revenue performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar client-facing role and fashion industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
