**Job Description: Administrative Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
3. Maintain office filing and organization systems.
4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data.
5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
6. Manage office supplies and equipment.
7. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
8. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
8. Knowledge of basic office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, etc.).
9. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
10. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
