**Purpose of the job**

**The Associate - admin and Ops will be part of the Administration team at ShikshaLokam. He/She will support the Leadership team of ShikshaLokam in managing projects, activities and events. They will support cross functional activities by identifying and facilitating opportunities within the organization. They will also manage and streamline admin processes effectively.**

**Roles And Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities would involve but are not limited to:
□ Support the Leadership team in scheduling and organising various activities and events both internal and external.

□ Cross functional activities to be able to coordinate and communicate between teams.

□Interact and work with vendors and be able to coordinate and cooperate with service providers.

Streamlining admin related processes with the support of HR on screening resumes, scheduling interviews and assisting.

with HR related queries.

Essential Qualification

**Academic**:A bachelor's degree

**Professional Exp Required**:
0-2 years of work experience communication/ office administration/ admin.

Mandatory Skills/ Competencies

Good Communication skills - written and verbal

Computer skills.

Managing calendar to schedule events Microsoft Excel.

Microsoft Office.

Role: Fulltime/ Work from office

Location:. Bangalore

Experience : 5+years

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
