As a Customer Care Executive will play a crucial role in addressing and resolving customer queries related to Postpaid and Prepaid services. This position requires individuals with a strong background in customer service and effective communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Query Resolution:

- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns regarding Postpaid and Prepaid services.
- Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to enhance customer satisfaction.

2. Communication Excellence:

- Maintain excellent communication skills to interact with international customers.
- Ensure clarity and professionalism in all customer interactions.

3. Shift Flexibility:

- Adhere to 24*7 rotational shift timings to provide seamless support to customers.
- Work efficiently in a dynamic and diverse work environment.

4. Interview Process:

- Participate in virtual interviews, including HR and Operations rounds, to demonstrate your skills and suitability for the role.

**Pickup and drop facilities for employees.**

**Requirements**:

- 6 Month of experiance in customer service
- Ability to work in a 24*7 rotational shift environment.
- Excellent communication skills for international voice interactions.

Work Location:
LOMA IT Park, Ghansoli

Note:
This position requires employees to work from the office.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
