Ticketing Staff

We are seeking an experienced Domestic & International Ticketing Staff member with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the travel trade industry. As an Ticketing Staff member, you will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for efficiently handling ticketing operations for our travel bookings. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticketing Operations: Utilize your expertise in airline ticketing systems to accurately and efficiently process flight bookings, including issuing, reissuing, and exchanging tickets as necessary.
- Fare Calculation and Pricing: Proficiently calculate fares, taxes, and fees for international flights, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline regulations and company policies.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving ticketing issues, and assisting with travel-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including travel agents, sales representatives, and support staff, to coordinate travel arrangements effectively and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, airline regulations, and ticketing policies to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients and colleagues.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements for travel, including visa, passport, and health-related documentation.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve ticketing issues, flight disruptions, and other travel-related challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in ticketing operations within the travel trade industry.
- Proficiency in using airline reservation systems and ticketing software.
- Strong understanding of international fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
